Year after year, we get more requests for vegan wedding menus.
Each year we get requests for more and more vegan weddings—we are always excited to come up with new menu ideas for each one. Our own Kristin O’Connor was working on a vegan wedding menu proposal yesterday we wanted to share with you.
This vegan proposal begins with a one-hour cocktail menu and finishes with a three-course seated dinner.
As with a traditional menu, it's always nice to offer your non-vegan and non-vegetarian guests an option that might interest them. A fish entrée would be a good alternate in this case.

As with a traditional menu, it's always nice to offer your non-vegan and non-vegetarian guests an option that might interest them. A fish entrée would be a good alternate in this case. We didn’t include a late night snack here, but baby bean-burger sliders with shoe-string fries, a sorbet bar with fun toppings, or a popcorn bar are all great possibilities.
