We are fiercely committed to reducing our carbon footprint.

First and foremost, the vast majority of our food is locally and sustainably sourced. By composting all food scraps, recycling every allowable item on- and off-site, and converting residual cooking oils into biodiesel, more than 80% of our waste produced today is repurposed. For events requesting disposable dinnerware, cutlery, and napkins, our top recommendation is high-quality, sustainable bamboo or palm leaf. Our eco-conscious state-of-the-art kitchen and adjoining design studio feature energy-efficient LED light bulbs.
