We create our menus to reflect the seasons—sourcing food, beverages, and associated supplies as locally as possible, while meeting your unique event needs and menu requests. Supporting local farms, artisans, small-batch producers, and family-owned food sources further strengthens our surrounding community and allows us all to collectively offer you ever-better, higher quality, organic, sustainable and specialty options—it’s a beautiful, continuous, circular cycle of benefits for the earth, small businesses, and people we collaborate with throughout the year.

Commitment like this requires an ongoing, all-hands-on-deck team effort—from operating our facilities in the most energy-efficient, environmentally friendly way possible, to composting and recycling at events and within our own eco-conscious kitchen, to recommending and sourcing the most sustainable supplies your budget and event selections will allow.
