Mocktails

More and more, clients are requesting non-alcoholic signature cocktail options to offer their guests. Whether you’d like to forego alcohol entirely at your event or present a non-alcoholic alternative to your signature cocktail, we’re ready for it. Our mixologists are adept at recreating your favorite drinks with a variety of secret ingredients in place of alcohol. Give us a chance to test your taste buds…you may not even miss the alcohol.

Barrel-Aged Cocktails

Though the barrel-aged cocktail concept has been around for over a decade, its ongoing, widespread popularity keep it riding atop the trend wave. The barrel-aging process allows drink ingredients to deeply co-mingle, balancing flavors while adding layers of complexity that include hints of caramel, spice, and smokiness.

Agave-Based Cocktails We’re all familiar with tequila and its ubiquitous presence in the ever-popular margarita. But in the microcosm of agave-based spirits, tequila is just the beginning. While top-shelf tequila is exclusively made from blue agave, mezcal—tequila’s smoky, small-batch cousin—can be made from one or many of dozens of agave varieties, resulting in a sea of subtly different variations of mezcal. Consider swapping tequila or mezcal for the more traditional liquors in, for example, the typically gin-based gimlet or negroni…or another of your favorite cocktails.
