The Jar Bar

Our popular Jar Bar station offers guests four or five flavors of single-serving, crustless “pies” in mini-mason jars. With options including Chocolate Mousse, Peanut Butter Cup, Raspberry Cream, Brûléed Banana Cream, Strawberry-Rhubarb, Apple Cobbler, and Wild Berry Crisp, your biggest problem will be which to choose…

Blueberry Panna Cotta

Panna Cotta, a traditional dessert hailing from Italy’s Northern Piedmont region, literally translates from Italian as “cooked cream.” Our twist on the famously silky treat includes Blackberry Paint, Berry Meringues, White Chocolate Crumbs, Edible Flowers, and Fresh Berries. Magnificence from every angle...and in every bite.

Trio of Petite, Old-Fashioned Pies

Adorable, creative, and classically delicious, our frequently requested old-fashioned, miniature dessert trio serves guests the 1-2-3 punch of Cherry, Apple Streusel, and Lemon Meringue Pies, each of which will disappear in a maximum of two bites, and have guests reaching for more.

Flourless Chocolate Cake

Looking for an unforgettable, over-the-top dessert for your celebration? Your search is over. Our Flourless Dark Chocolate Cake with Macadamia Nut-Toffee Caramel is almost too rich to eat...until we plate it over a swirl of sour Calamansi Puree. The citrusy bite of this sauce made from Southeast Asia's native calamansi lime—believed to be a cross between a kumquat and a mandarin orange—is the perfect counterbalance to the cake’s fudginess, which is punctuated by the crunch of Macadamia. Oh—and that edible flower garnish? It’s flown in from a specialty farm in California. From start to finish, this dish is pure indulgence.
