Sassy Sips & Nibbles Every few years, I see a trend that really excites me. This is how I felt when we started promoting signature drinks to our clients and realized how much they embraced this new idea. There are so many possibilities for flavor, style, design, and creativity—the drinks began to set the tone for the entire event. As we created these novel concoctions, I realized that harmonizing snacks were the perfect complement. Few people make their own snacks these days and the ones available at the market seemed to lack all sex appeal and any creativity. So... off we were on another creative adventure! What a buzz these little nibbles created! I had never had so many requests for recipes as for these little morsels we created on a whim, almost as an afterthought. The recipes in the book have been adapted for the home cook and embrace the same joie de vie without being too intimidating.
